How can I make an exchange?
Please register your exchange easily through our Returns Portal.
You will then receive step-by-step instructions on how to proceed.
An exchange is only technically possible if the desired model and the right size are currently available. An exchange for pre-order or made-to-order models is not possible.
In these cases, we ask you to return the shoes and place a new order once the desired model is available again or you decide on a custom order.
How can I return the shoes?
You can easily register your return through our Returns Portal.
After registration, you will receive all further information about the return process.
In general, you bear the cost of the return shipment yourself.
However, you will receive a free return label in the following cases (applies to Germany only):
1) Standard exchange (one-time)
You ordered only one pair of shoes and need a different size afterwards.
→ In this case, you will receive a free return label from us for the exchange.
2) Quasi-exchange (one-time)
You ordered multiple sizes of the same or different models, try them on, and keep at least one pair.
→ In this case as well, you will receive a free return label in the Returns Portal.
However, if you return your entire order, you bear the return shipping costs yourself.
Can I change or correct my order after placing it?
Yes, changes to your order are possible as long as it has not been shipped yet.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or item, or would like to add something to your order, please contact us immediately by email at info@souldancestyle.de or via the contact form below.
Please make sure to include your order number and a brief description of your request.
As long as your order has not been shipped, we can usually make adjustments. If you would like to add additional items, you will receive a payment link. Once payment is received, your order will be updated accordingly and shipped together.
Once the order has already been shipped, subsequent changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
What does Pre-Order and Made-to-Order mean?
Pre-Order and Made-to-Order are special order types where your shoes are not immediately in stock but are produced specifically for you.
With Pre-Order, you secure a model in advance that is currently unavailable in your desired size (sold out) but is a regular part of the range and will be reproduced for you.
With Made-to-Order, your pair is individually crafted after you place your order.
The delivery time is usually 4–6 weeks.
With Pre-Order, delivery can often be faster, as sold-out sizes are usually already in production.
With Made-to-Order, delays of about 1–2 weeks may occur in rare cases.
All Pre-Order sizes are marked in blue in the shop. Made-to-Order models are also marked accordingly.
