Exchanges within Germany

For customers in Germany, we offer a one-time free exchange option. If you find that the product does not meet your needs after the exchange, you can send it back as a return in accordance with our returns policy (see the "Returns" section above). Exchanges can be made conveniently via our user-friendly SOUL returns portal. Clicking on the link below will take you directly to where you can follow the instructions.

⮕ Select the reason for the exchange and make your decision whether you need a different size or would like an alternative product. If you need a different shoe size of the same model, you can simply select it from the list. If you are looking for a different product, simply enter the name in the search bar.

Note:
⦁If the new product is more expensive, we will send you a payment link so that you can conveniently pay the difference.
⦁ If the new product is cheaper, we will refund you the difference.

⮕ Please check your delivery address carefully to ensure that your new product can be delivered correctly.

⮕ Select the return option "DHL" and click on "Save". The free exchange option is only available via the DHL returns option, and if you choose to send the product yourself, you are responsible for the shipping costs.

⮕ Within a maximum of 2 working days you will receive the return label to return your product free of charge

⮕ Pack your product securely and send it back to us.

⮕ As soon as we have received your package, we will send you the new product you have selected.

🌎* Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a direct exchange for international orders. Therefore, it is not possible to exchange international orders. Instead, we recommend returning the unwanted items as returns (see returns section below) and placing a new order for the desired items. Thank you for your understanding.

You can return the items within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts as soon as you have received the goods.

Please note that the costs for the return shipment must be borne by you both nationally (within Germany) and internationally. You have two options for returning an item:

⮕ Choose a parcel service of your choice, purchase a shipping label and send the product back to us. Don't forget to submit the declaration of withdrawal before shipping or enclose it in the packaging.

⮕ Use the SOUL returns portal to process your return. Register your return online and select the "custom return" option. Choose either the SOUL DHL Return Portal or another parcel service provider of your choice.

⦁ SOUL DHL returns portal - if you use the SOUL DHL returns portal, you can conveniently send your return back with DHL.
⦁ Other parcel service providers - alternatively, you can also choose a different parcel service provider to send your return.

Refund
After receiving your package, we will refund your money. Please note that this can take up to 14 days and we need to check your return first. The money will be refunded via your original payment method.
