Refund Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website https://souldancestyle.de/apps/returns?locale=en. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
In accordance with the applicable statutory regulations, you have the right to a free exchange within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods, provided you are a customer in Germany. You will not incur any return costs during this exchange period. If the goods do not meet your expectations even after the exchange, the regular right of return applies.
Please note that the enclosed heel protectors, which are a gift with your order, are excluded from this exchange.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your revocation of this contract, reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs ((only applies to deliveries within Germany) except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
For returns or exchanges after the statutory withdrawal period (as a gesture of goodwill), we only accept unworn, like-new items without any signs of use. For items that are not in like-new condition, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the loss in value.
