What does Made-to-Order mean?
Our Made-to-Order models are individually produced only after we receive your order.
This means you’ll receive a pair that comes fresh from production – with the same high quality as our in-stock shoes, but made especially for you.

Delivery time
Production and delivery time: approximately 4–6 weeks
The duration may vary slightly depending on production capacity.
In rare cases, there may be minor delays.

Returns & Exchanges
Made-to-Order models can be returned or exchanged.
There is no extra charge compared to our regular models.
We recommend ordering a Made-to-Order model only if you have already worn our shoes and know your correct size and fit.

Difference between Made-to-Order and Custom-Made
Please note:

• Made-to-Order: Regular models from our collection, produced after you place your order – returnable and exchangeable.

• Custom-Made: Individually created according to your wishes (e.g. special colors, materials, or adjustments) – non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
