Terms and Conditions

Participation in the SOUL Dance Style giveaway is free of charge and is governed exclusively by the following terms and conditions.

Giveaway Procedure

The giveaway starts on December 18, 2025, and ends on December 23, 2025. It takes place on the Instagram platform. During this period, Instagram users may participate.

How to Participate

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

Follow the organizer’s Instagram account @souldancestyle
Like the giveaway post
Tag friends in the comments (any number of friends may be tagged)

The winner will be selected by random draw. The model and size of the dance shoes will be determined in consultation with the winner.

Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons who are at least 18 years old and reside in the European Union where participation in giveaways is legally permitted. Employees of the company and their family members are excluded from participation.

Prizes

The winner(s) will be contacted via private message on Instagram.

Prizes:

1st Prize: One pair of dance shoes
2nd Prize: Warm-up boots
3rd Prize: Anti-slip spray
4th Prize: Shoe brush
5th Prize: Towel

Notification and Prize Delivery

The winners will be notified via private message on December 24, 2025. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible. Shipping costs will be covered by the organizer.

The winner must respond within two (2) weeks of notification; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to another participant.

Data Protection

To participate, personal data such as the Instagram profile name and, if applicable, the name used in comments must be provided. This data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

The winner will be contacted via private message; therefore, no personal data will be published.

Liability and Disclaimer

Instagram is not responsible for this giveaway. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of manipulation or violation of these terms and conditions.

Final Provisions

Legal recourse is excluded. The giveaway is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
